Show Me Love
Innerly, almost everyone carries a strong wish to be hugged, to be loved, to matter to someone. Not only romantically, but to have relationships with people who care about our lives and are involved in them - people we can turn to and who can turn to us. Who are part of our daily life, who are just there, with us
.
Although we may long for more of this love, closeness, friendship, community, it is not always clear how to move towards it.
The central proposition of this group is that love can be practiced. It is not only something that just happens to us, invoked by a special kind of people, but also a way in which we meet the world and others.
And so, we can actively direct ourselves towards love. We cannot control it, but we can create conditions and structures that support us in becoming more loving, and also more able to invite love and feel loved.
To cultivate this, we will practice things that are simple, but not always easy: tapping into a state of curiosity, having fun and playing around, listening and being listened to, figuring out what would make a situation more satisfying and fulfilling for us and communicating it, offering and receiving help, expressing appreciation, and setting boundaries tenderly. None of these things is love in itself. But by practicing them, we can become more available for love and cultivate the soil in which it can emerge.
My hope for this project is twofold. First, that what you discover here will naturally ripple into your relationships outside the group.
Second, that meaningful relationships may also emerge within the group itself. That we won't just practice being more loving and loved, but slowly also may develop care and love towards each other. That friendships, collaborations, and lasting connections of any kind might form, that after these weeks, we will start to actually matter to one another.
How We Will Work
Each meeting will combine experiential exercises, conversation and reflection, games, somatic and consent practices, touch, and constellation work. We will work in different configurations—alone, in pairs, in smaller groups, and as a whole group.
Some practices will invite us to explore new ways of relating; others will work directly with what is already happening between us in the group. The process will not follow a rigid curriculum, but will develop in response to the group, what emerges between us, and what feels most alive and relevant as we go.
Everything I offer is an invitation. You are always free to participate, not participate, pause, or find a variation that works better for you (or ask me for help to find one). This is not separate from the practice: noticing what you want and don't want, communicating it, changing your mind, and respecting the boundaries of others are themselves part of how we will work together. Nothing, including touch, will ever be required. Saying no is a very real way of showing up and meeting another person. Being able to say no, and allowing others to say no to us, is part of creating the kind of environment in which love can flourish.

If we don't know each other yet, if you would like to get a sense of me, how I work and the project before deciding whether to join, you are welcome to book an individual online session with me (75 mins) for a reduced price - €40. If you decide to join the group afterwards, the €40 will be deducted from the course fee.
Personal Integration Session
After the group process, each participant is invited to a 75-minute individual session with me. This is a space for digesting the experience, attending to what is in need of care, and integrating the process into your life.
