About the Event
From 24.06, 10 - 12, we will gather every tuesday to play a soft game of wrestling—a physical and direct interaction. It’s an invitation to explore boundaries, experience power, and perhaps even taste helplessness in a held and supportive container. A space for delicate confrontation, A Dojo for training in being gentle yet daring.
Our starting point will always be weight—sensing it, bearing it, and learning how to influence it, both in ourselves and with others. To deepen our somatic understanding, we’ll draw from the Feldenkrais method and explore simple martial arts principles through structured exercises and stimulating games. We will also take some time to talk, share and process the experience verbally.
No movement experience is required, only a willingness to work slowly and an interest in exploring details and nuances. The sessions will take place in IKSK. It's a drop-in class, so no need to register in advance. Price is on a sliding scale, from 10 (low income), to 15 (normal ticket) and 20 (high income). More technical info here.
