The Edge of Childhood: Online Constellation Workshop

At the edge of childhood is adulthood: The responsibility for my life passes from my parents to me, and I have to start taking care of myself and my needs. I, who was small, becomes big, transitioning from one mode of being to another. But is that linear narrative actually true? Does childhood really have an edge or an end point? And if not (or yes) what is actually the meaning of becoming an adult? Could I keep being loyal and in contact with the child I was without neglecting my adult responsibilities, without halting life's natural flow towards expansion and growth? Acknowledging the change that occured, the pain it involves, perhaps even mourning it, while remaining open to the and the richness of adulthood, its depth, its possibilities and the capabilities it brings forth.

In this series of online constellation workshop, we will reflect on the meaning of growing up and becoming an adult. We will shed light on where we are still small and depdent and gently ask what is needed in order to become big and capable. Putting this also in the broader context of our family. While each session stands on its own and you are welcomed to join each one of them indivdually, the three sessions are woven together, forming a broader journey through different landscapes. Together, they aim to create a container for a process—insights from one session can settle, expand, and be revisited in the next.

Each workshop will take place on a Saturday, 11:00 - 13:45 (GMT+2, Berlin time) and will include a 20 mins break.We will start with a somatic tuning into oneself and the body, followed by a solo constellation exploration around the theme of the meeting. We will finish with a short group session. A single session is 25 euros, while the price for the whole series is 65, including a 30-minute one-on-one integration call at the end.
