The Edge of Childhood: Constellation online series

At the edge of childhood is adulthood. The responsibility for my life passes from my parents hands to me, and I have to start taking care of myself and my needs. I, who was small, became big. And yet, despite the threshold that has been crossed, something in me continues to be small, and it needs attention, guidance and treatment from the adults.

In this series, we will zoom in into fields of responsibility which originally belonged to our parents, and examine how we position ourselves in them as adults. We will cultivate appreciation for areas where I am already capable of taking care of myself, and try to shed some light on where I am still not able to do this for myself. Asking gently what do I need in order to grow and become independent. 

Each session will start with a somatic tuning in to oneself and the space around. After that we will have a solo constellation exploration of the theme of the meeting, which will develop into a group session. It also include a 15 mins break. The sessions are complementing each other, but are not built linary. So, it is definitely possible to participate in any one of them on their own. The price for a single session is 18 euros, and for all 5 is 60. Paying with PayPal is also an option, if you are interested - reach out.
