Relational trouble

Romantic Relationships can be challenging in many different ways. Some people long for a relationship but struggle to find one. Others move from one relationship to the next, never quite finding stability. And some remain in long-term relationships yet find themselves repeatedly facing frustration, conflict, or pain.

In this workshop, we will explore these difficulties through a systemic lens. Rather than asking what is wrong with us or our partners, we will look at relational patterns in our family of origin. This kind of move comes out of a Family constellation fundamental insight: if a pattern did not begin with us, then going beyond it might require going back to where it actually started. Looking for a solution for it in our own life might even be a futile task, because it isnt from here, but from there.  Through experiential exercises and constellation-based perspectives, we will explore how family dynamics may continue to shape our relationships today, how we become entangled in them, and how we can begin to disentangle them and let go of this hidden loyalty that keeps us in place. 

The aim is not to cut ourselves off from our families, but to discover how we might live and love more freely while remaining connected to where we come from, even when our families do not fully understand or accept us. As well as to acknowledge the kind of load that not having full systemic acceptance put on our romantic life, and understand more what we can do it.

We will begin with an hour of somatic exploration to help us arrive in ourselves and the space. From there, we will work in pairs and conclude with a group process. No previous experience with Family Constellations is needed. 

Everyone is welcome - whether you are in realtionship for years or never have been in one. 

We meet on 25.07, Saturday, 10:30 - 13:30. Price is on a sliding scale: 15 - 45.
