Intimacy that stays

Sexuality is a process. Yet, many of us live it mostly in short fragments — a hookup, aworkshop, a moment of touch, a sudden spark. People come and go, yet rarely do we getthe time to stay with them and slowly build an intimacy that isn’t based on instant chemistry.

This three week container invites a small group of GBTQ men* into something very simpleyet unusual: To commit to a group in advance, and explore together their bodies, sexualitiesand the relationships that gradually emerge between them.

By continuously meeting with each other, we give trust the time to develop and vulnerabilitythe space to ripen. We form shared stories and create a place where touch could acquirecontext. Where there is time not just for arousal and desire, but also for hesitations, shameand fears. Because not today does not mean never: there is another session, anotherchance to check and experiment. We not only have the present, but also a future together. 

The theme of our joint explorations will be the genitals. Starting from an exploration of socialnarratives around them and personal histories they carry, progressing into playing withshowing/witnessing genitals, and in the final session - introducing the possibility ofinteracting with them through touch. This container is intended for queer people on themasculine spectrum (GBTQ*). All kinds of genitals are welcome.

This journey will be based in tools and games from Somatics, Constellation work and Consent practices. The approach is playful and the rhythm is slow and reflective.Personal authority is always emphasized, along with the possibility to adapt andchange the proposed frame so that it aligns with what I want to do — and with whatmy body is telling me.

Outline of the Sessions

Session 1 – Social Narratives and personal history (3.5 hours)

We begin fully clothed and dedicate the first session to exploring what is already here, in thebackground, and is present for us, when we engage with genitals. Through Constellation andsomatics, we come into contact with social narrative and our personal histories.

This session aims to support grounding, clarity, trust, and the emergence of a shared field.

Session 2 – Visibility, Nudity, Witnessing (3.5 hours)

In this session we play directly with showing our genitals and witnessing others (nudity isoptional). Taking the time to feel the vulnerability and the excitement of seeing and beingseen with a clear and hard external boundary: No genital touch will take place.

This is a bridge between the more reflective work of the first session, into a more sensualand relational realm: what is happening between me and others right now.

Session 3 – Genital Touch (4.5 hours)

The final meeting is longer, to allow touch to slowly develop and process the wholeexperience as a group in the end. We will explore delicate ways of approaching the genitalsthrough simple and quiet touch. Emphasizing listening and building the emotional safetyrequired in order to become receptive, before getting more (if at all) active.

Personal Integration Call (Included)

After the group process, each participant is invited to a 45-minute individual integrationcall with me. This is a space for digesting the experience, attending what is in need ofcare, and integrating the process into your life.

Logistics

This process is intended for a small and closed group (max 10), and commitment toparticipate in all sessions is part of what we are experimenting with.

We will meet on Saturdays:

28.02 and 07.03, from 16:30– 20:00

Final session on 14.03, from 16:00 – 20:30

The participation fee is €250.

I also offer 3 reduced-rate spots (€175) for those for whom the standard rate is a barrier.

Paying in two installments is possible.

Committing in advance to such an intimate process can feel like a leap into the unknown,which can be scary, raise questions, concerns and hesitations.
