In Search of Lost Spark: A constellation series about Passion
This mini online constellation series offers a space to explore those times in life where passion is lacking, when things seem to move us only slightly, if at all. We know what is absent - curiosity, desire, interest, but what is there?

About the Event
This mini online constellation series offers a space to explore those times in life where passion is lacking, when things seem to move us only slightly, if at all. Everything feels mild, and could be like this or like that, it just doesn't really matter much. We know what is absent - curiosity, desire, interest, but what is there? How does it feel in the body, and how to make sense of it? Do I punch myself with frustrated criticism, or can I offer comfort and support? How to hold space for both? And if we treat this state as an organic feedback, a way of our system to inform us of something - what is this?
In the first meeting, we will look together at what used to inspire passion in us, things that meant the world for us - and stopped. We will try to make sense of this shift, checking if it's time to say goodbye and be appreciative, or if it is actually a call for adjustment, for changing something about how we relate to that thing. In the second meeting, we will focus on the transitional phase of apparent nothingness, and try to see if despite appearances there is something, and how we could communicate with it.
Each meeting will start with a bodily warm up, followed up by a solo constellation exploration and a break. We will end with a group session. Here are all the technical details:
Dates: 8.2 & 22.02.
Hours: 11 - 13:45 (GMT+1, Berlin time).
Participation in a single session (1 or 2) is possible. The price is €25 for one session, €40 for both. Paying in PayPal is also possible, please contact me if you are interested. If you would like to participate but cannot afford the ticket, I invite you to reach out. We are likely to find a solution.
