Family Constellation Foundation Course – A Proposal for a Worldview

Come and experience the magic and healing that constellation brings into our lives and relationships

 We will meet, practice constellation skills, engage in dialogue, and experience full constellation sessions

Phenomenon as part of the system to which it belongs

Family Constellation invites us to look at phenomena through systemic lenses. Looking at any theme, we ask: Which systems are at work? Who else belongs here?  This way of seeing reveals hidden influences and loyalties that shape lives and relationships across generations. The work supports the system in moving toward a more supportive order - and with it, new possibilities for those living within it 

This module is an invitation to pause - to courageously dive into an encounter with the materials of life: physical symptoms, bumps in relationships and any other interruptions we all experience. Rather than trying to just eliminate those, we welcome them as stories seeking acknowledgment and expression. Through constellation processes and tools, we create a space for them to find a place of belonging within the lineage, so our system can reorganize itself and find a new and more aligned way

The module serves both as a space for personal development

Each session we will include: a constellational principle, concept, and skill

An opportunity to study the principles of constellation in a thorough and in-depth way - starting from the foundations

 Meetings will include

Theory of principles, guiding lines, ideas, and concepts

Constellational practices and invitations

Personal exercises, work in pairs, and in small groups

Discussion and learning through the world of phenomena

Personal group sessions around a story / matter / topic

Time for dialogue - questions, 'zooming out,' conceptualization, and process & content grounding

• Introduction: the three principles of constellation work and the phenomenon of representation

• The principle of belonging: everyone born into a family belongs to the family

• The principle of precedence: who came before and who came after

• The principle of balance between giving and taking

• The orders of love

• Acknowledgment of what is

• Turning back toward the past
